1. Services
Mezudion provides technology services including but not limited to custom software development, CRM development, website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing. The specific scope of services for each project is defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom work product (code, designs, content) created specifically for their project. Mezudion retains the right to use the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party libraries and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestones payments tied to deliverables. All fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise agreed.
4. Confidentiality
Mezudion treats all client project information as confidential. We do not share proprietary business information with third parties. Clients may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive information.
5. Limitation of Liability
Mezudion's liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
